Details
This includes 1 full hour of “Excel”lent gym fun, which now includes a giant inflatable for kids, and 45 minutes in the party room! If your party consist of more than 20 guest, we will charge $5 for each additional child.
*Children under the age of 4 must be accompanied by an adult.
Deposit:
We require a $50.00 deposit to reserve your party time. Your party deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferable within 21 days of the scheduled party time.
We accept cash, checks, MasterCard and Visa.
Invitations:
Due to insurance reasons, some of our party invitations include a waiver for each party attendant to bring signed by a parent to the party. If a child does not have a signed waiver, they will not be able to participate at the party.
Some of the other invitations include a free trail class redeemable at any Excel Gymnastics location. Waivers for those cards should be printed out and filled out completely by the attending guest parent or guardian.

*Party invitations can be mailed, Excel is not responsible for postage fees.
** A list (given with your invites) of your party guest’s names,addresses, and phone numbers must be filled out.
What you Supply:
- - Cake, ice cream, and/or any other refreshments you would like to serve
- - Any paper products you may need
- - Decorations (Not Required)
- -Goodie Bags (Please hand out as the children leave)
- -ALL NOISE MAKERS ARE PROHIBITED
- -CONFETTI AND PINATAS ARE ALSO PROHIBITED
What to Wear:
The children should wear comfortable clothing without belts, buckles or exposed buttons ‘n zippers; girls should wear a leotard (if they have one). Long hair should be pulled back in a ponytail, NO jewelry is to be worn in the gym (post earrings may be worn as long as they do not dangle from the ears). Bare feet are required in the gym.
Arrival Time:
Please do not arrive more then 5 minutes before your scheduled party time. You have the entire hour that the kids are in the gym to do any set-up in the party room that you would like to do.
Available Hours:
We schedule birthday party’s primarily on Saturdays and Sundays.
Batavia party hours for Saturday start at 1pm, and on
Sunday begin at 12pm.
